Maintenance Supervisor
Salary Range : IDR 12 mil - IDR 16 mil
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead a talented team of maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure **optimal performance**.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules, emphasizing **preventive measures** to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
- Enforce **safety policies and procedures** to maintain a secure working environment, in adherence to **industry regulations**.
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment and facilities, ensuring compliance with **safety protocols**.
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to **prevent breakdowns**.
- Manage the maintenance budget effectively, procuring spare parts and equipment within **financial constraints**.
- Collaborate with external vendors and contractors when specialized expertise is required, and monitor their performance closely.
- Keep abreast of **emerging technologies** and **industry best practices**, fostering ongoing skill development within the maintenance team.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in **Electrical Engineering** or **Mechanical Engineering**.
- Minimum of **5 years** of experience as a maintenance supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
- Age between **30 and 40 years**.
- Proficiency in wire and/or gabion industry systems (**pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC**).
- Strong **computer skills** for record-keeping and data analysis.
- Fluent in both **written and spoken English** and **Bahasa Indonesia**.
Pay: Rp12,000,000 - Rp16,000,000 per month
