Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Duties include installing, inspecting, maintaining, operating, troubleshooting, repairing, and calibrating various mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical and electronic equipment. Along with completing all appropriate documentation associated with the duties.
- Perform preventative maintenance checks on pumps, compressors, drivers, and auxiliary equipment.
- Performs Inspection and Maintenance (I&M) checks on all control systems.
- Identify, report, and correct safety and environmental concerns.
- Perform all work in compliance with Company standards, procedures, and regulatory and tariff requirements.
- Demonstrate performance toward operational excellence.
- Mentor fellow employees when the opportunity presents itself.
- Maintain electrical switch gear and power distribution
- Responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of all facilities and equipment as needed.
- Oversee the construction and/or maintenance activities performed by third parties.
- Stay up to date on Operations Qualifications and required training.
- Follow up and closing work order
- Record worked hours
- Review and write maintenance procedures
- Carry out operational control as stated in the identification of the environmental impact aspects of each work
Qualifications:
Education : Diploma 1 or Vocational High School Majoring in Chemist / Industrial Technician
- Experience : 3 year experiences
- Knowledge, Skills & Ability:
- Experience in instrument or electrical technologies in chemical manufacturing/process industry. Know the maintenance risks to prioritize the maintenance activities. Relevant maintenance certificates per local regulatory requirement. Understands and knowledgeable on all EH&S procedures and standards that are applicable to maintenance. Collaborate with subcontractors on some specific project tasks.
