Mall Brand Campaign - Business Development

The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee's buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
- Assist adhoc project, ie. campaign performance deep dive
- Help to monitor Brand Day performance, while also handling P1 brands BD preparation
- Manage overall Brand Day campaign, from preparation until post mortem report. Including:

- Kick off Meeting with brands and category team
- Campaign preparation and submission
- Monitor campaign performance during campaign live
- Prepare and present post mortem report

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in any major
- Minimum 1 year experience in handling business development/ campaign/ RM/ in a tech company is preferred
- Strong analytical & logical reasoning skills, a strong sense of ownership
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good team player and capable leader, positive attitude and eager to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Highly preferable to highly skilled in Excel
- Excellent communication in Indonesian and English
