Management Trainee

Job Description:
- Fully understanding, following, and actively participating all learning stages in Graduate Management Development Program- Achieving optimum result in all evaluation stages during program- Comply and implement all company's regulation- Engage and maintain relationship with facilitator, coach, mentor, and steering committee.
- Job Requirement:Age limit of 26 years old
-Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) / Diploma (D4) majoring in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)
-Minimum 2,85 GPA/IPK
-Past on-campus experience BEM/MENWA, etc is preferred
-Willing to attend training for six months and commit to a bond period of two years
-Shows integrity, strong analytical, and leadership skills
-Strong team player
-Willing to be placed in any of our plantations (Sumatera/Kalimantan/Papua)
