Management Trainee (Jakarta)

**RESPONSIBILITIES**1. Participate in hands-on learning experiences related to the management of a business.2. Learn the fundamentals of organizational management and the basics of business operations.3. Develop a core understanding of the company's policies and procedures.4. Complete assigned projects and tasks to improve operational efficiency.5. Analyze financial data and prepare reports for senior management.6. Assist with the development and implementation of new processes and procedures.7. Monitor activities of other departments and provide feedback to managers.8. Participate in meetings and events with senior leadership.9. Foster relationships with customers and vendors to improve customer service and performance.10. Assist with the recruitment and training of new staff members.**REQUIREMENTS**- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize work- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software**Salary**: Rp3,000,000 - Rp10,000,000 per month
