Job Description
Functional Responsibility
- Managing and ensuring compliance of AirAsia brand identity to ensure consistency and alignment with the group; inclusive of sub-brand alignment when applicable
- Manage and maintain AirAsia brand perception and positioning in domestic and overseas markets (inclusive of new markets that AirAsia may venture into)
- Role Responsibility
- Strengthen AirAsia brand image and customer advocacy
- Promote AirAsia's culture within the organization
- Functional Duties
- Strategize, plan and execute brand campaigns
- Formulate annual brand plans/strategies and allocate budget properly
- Work closely with revenue-generating departments in the development of new routes, products and services in terms of branding aspects
- Manage end-to-end project assignments
- Analyze the ROI in brand sponsorships
- Effectively activate sponsorships and/or brand-building investments
- Work closely with in-house creative and/or external agencies to develop concepts and to maintain corporate identity - Liaise with media agencies, production houses and partners
Role Duties
- Develop annual plan and budget developments for sub-department to align with department-wide's strategy including ensuring budget adherence to the approved budget
- Track operating progress and result against annual plan and KPIs to ensure targets are met; develop action plans as needed
- Contribute to identifying innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Report safety hazards and participate in Safety Services Department (SSD) trainings as pertinent to his / her work

Merits
- Minimum working experience: At least five (5) years of working experience with the same capacity.
- Proficient in oral and written local language English
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Google Workspace an advantage
- Able to travel when required
- Education:
A recognized Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or any related field
