**Job Summary**
Manage Group-wide execution of Compensation & Benefits programs/initiatives
**General Responsibilities**
- Manage departmental operating budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable
- Execute/monitor Group's Compensation & Benefits programs, policies and procedures to achieve desired market compensation positioning by industry/geographical scope
- Execute/monitor HR cost control activities to maximize employee total rewards coverage against operating costs/budgets
- Manage/review Group's total rewards reporting and identify specific trends/risk areas/improvements with recommendations of action plans for execution by Country HR Managers
- Manage HRIS deployment lifecycle with internal/external system developers to achieve operational cost efficiencies
- Project manage communication process and develop supporting documentation for the function's key initiatives by ensuring smooth rollout/transition processes
- Collaborate with business, functions, Country HR Managers and internal Group HR functions to ensure compensation/benefits initiatives are high on business priorities

- Demonstrate ability to provide tactical deployment support/solutions to internal stakeholders
- Demonstrate experience in project planning change initiatives
- Demonstrate appreciation of potentially sensitive matters/situations and an ability to handle such situations
- Demonstrate a global perspective and experience and an ability to work with diverse cultures
- Demonstrate fluency in English (both written and spoken)
**Education**
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Actuarial Science or similar related discipline is preferred
- Professional certification is an added advantage (e.g. Certified Compensation Professional, etc.)
