Position: Contract Attorney Manager

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

**Responsibilities**:
Legal Oversight:

- Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance on contract matters to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations in Indonesia.

Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including but not limited to vendor agreements, service contracts, and distributor agreements.

Contract Management:

- Establish and maintain an efficient contract management system, ensuring all contracts are accurately recorded, tracked, and renewed as needed.

Collaborate with internal decision makers to understand their contractual needs and provide practical solutions that align with business objectives.

Risk Mitigation:

- Identify potential legal and business risks associated with contracts and propose strategies for risk mitigation.

Develop and implement best in class practices for contract management to minimize exposure to legal risks.

Compliance:

- Stay current on changes in Indonesian laws and regulations affecting contracts, ensuring the company's contractual practices are in full compliance.

Train relevant teams on legal and compliance matters related to corporate governance.

Negotiate and Communicate:
Negotiate with external parties to secure favorable terms and conditions while maintaining positive business relationships.

Communicate legal advice and contract-related information clearly to both legal and non-legal collaborators.

Dispute Resolution:
Handle disputes and work towards amicable resolutions, including coordinating with external legal counsel when necessary.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with other departments, including finance, operations, and procurement, to ensure seamless integration of legal considerations into overall business operations.

**Requirements**:

- Juris Doctor (JD)/LLB degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Indonesia.
- Proven experience as a contract attorney, with 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesia laws and regulations.
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage a team and perform in a fast-paced environment.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
