Job Scope : Finance, Accounting, Tax, Budgeting/Forecasting and Controlling
The Finance Controller is responsible for the full scope of finance and controlling for the legal entity and relevant business units.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for accurate and timely monthly reporting of financial statements and analysis in accordance with accounting principles (US GAAP and PSAK) and company policies
Define accounting practices including compliance with local regulatory laws and generally accepted accounting principles, maintain financial records, review balance sheets, ensure integrity of data, and ensure proper reconciliation are in place
Manage monthly, quarterly and yearly SOX reporting, forecast, planning in coordination with Group Finance team and Operation
Lead, supervise and train the accounting staff
Manage relationships with external service providers (Auditor, Tax firms, banks, Consultants)
Ensure compliance to external statutory requirement in relation to finance, audit, legal taxation, personnel, foreign currency control, transfer pricing and company secretarial functions
Ensure that all Indonesia local accounting, reporting, tax planning, closing and finance matter are in line with group policy
Develop and document efficient and effective controls on processes that are consistent across subsidiaries.
Constantly review and maintain of internal control system and make recommendations to the management on the effectiveness of the current processes
Coordinate inventory closing process with Inventory Control and Logistics on inventory related activity to ensure proper and accurate inventory movement reporting and valuation.
Ensure and controlling remote area to be in line with Business Unit policy and Group Policy
Prepare any reports as required by Group Finance and Business Unit.
Manage the cash flow of the Company
Handle any ad hoc projects as required by management.
Qualifications:
Strong integrity
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 8 years experience in Finance/Accounting
Professional qualification in Accountancy preferred
Big 4 experience preferred
Thorough understanding of US and local GAAP
Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written)
