**MANAGER, CUSTOMER SERVICE**:
Our team in **South Jakarta** currently has an opening for a **Manager, Customer Service**

**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Improve Customer Service Experience.
- Engage with Customer and Facilitate Growth and Support Commercial Team.
- Taking Ownership of customer issues and problem solver.
- Issuing clear direction and deploying strategies and guidance to CS Team.
- Analyse Sales Order Management and Compile Accurate Reports especially from Qlik Sense and SAP Reports.
- Develop Service procedures, policies and standards.
- Manage Improvement Customer PO date vs Acknowledgement Order.
- Make sure to Clean up Past Due Orders.
- Improve Net Promotor Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfactory (CSAT).
- Work closely with Commercial for Customer Visit.
- Drive team for new transformation CS.
- Bridging warehouse, commercial team on how to response complaint from customer.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Bachelor Degree in Business and Management, Business Administration
- At least 10 years experience as CS Manager and CS Leader
- Strong analytical
- Proficiency in English
- Customer Experience Oriented
- Champion for SD SAP Module
- Ability to Think and strategically and to Lead
- Advance trouble shooting and multi tasking skills
- Strong client facing and communication skills
