**Requirements**:
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or relevant discipline
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in managing online e-commerce
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in social commerce, progressive performance marketing, and e-commerce
- You possess a solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks or other digital marketing analytics tools
- Basic understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems or marketing automation tools
- Customer service-oriented individual with the ability to maintain positive attitude in all situations
- You have a self-starter mentality and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment.
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders, problem-solving skills, strong analytical-thinking,
- Strategic-thinker, Strong prioritizing, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), planning skills, and interpersonal skills
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly and monthly sales by department, new product sell-through, and offering code performance
- Understand and define individual brands' target audience in driving buyers' acquisitions and the designing of CRM programmes, Livestreamer programmes, and encouraging repeat purchases
- Lead and manage all aspects of direct-to-consumer e-commerce promotions in the area marketplace, product management and marketing, social media and other digital publicing channels, customer experience, and sales growth
- Work with the Management team for the delivery of improvement and enhancement works
- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure the delivery of the best customer service and fulfilment that adhere to the various brands' expectations
