Manager Finance

Overall responsible for all Finance aspects including daily operation, monthly / quarterly / annual management and statutory reporting
- Manage month end close for all reporting units ensuring timely and accurate reporting in line with Hogarth / WPP requirements
- Prepare / review month-end adjustment journals, balance sheet reconciliations, confirmation and reconciliation of intercompany balances, prepayments and accruals to ensure accuracy
- In-charge of annual, quarterly and monthly budgeting and forecasting process
- Prepare monthly management information for discussion at management meetings including actual to forecast analysis variance analysis and trends
- Accountable for all cash management and payment approvals
- Work with Account Servicing team / project manager to verify job completion status, closure, interim and final billing
- Monthly review of all the ageing reports, include WIP, debtors, creditors, etc
- Work closely with Global / Regional Finance in respect of compliance, accounting processes, systems and control environment

- Year round liaison with auditors, accountants and tax advisers to ensure timely finalisation of accounts and filings as appropriate
- Prepare statutory year end accounts

- Manage a team of Finance Executives
