Manager Klinik Kecantikan

Responsibilities:- Recommend services and treatments to Customers, based on their needs and Doctors' input.- Follow up with Customers on their treatments, and remind them of their treatments.- Understand Customer's skin conditions, and skin concerns.- Ensure Customers' satisfaction is achieved and great hospitality.- Provide administrative support, such as scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate patient medical records.- Maintain excellent After-Sales relationships with Customers.- Provide advice on Procedure Downtime, Pre-and Post-Care Guide.- Monitor and evaluate ways to meet Monthly Sales Targets.- Work together with Management and Aesthetic Doctors to achieve the Company goals/objectives.- Work with higher management to come out with company strategies.- Providing training, coaching, development, and motivation to Our Team to bring the best of their skills.- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.Requirements / Kualifikasi:- Living in Jakarta at least 1 year is a MUST.- At least 3 Year(s) of Working Experience as Manager in an Aesthetic Clinic/Gym industry (in Jakarta) is required for this position.- Good understanding in Aesthetic, Sales, Market Analysis, and Concept.- Good Communication, Negotiation, Managerial, and Leadership Skills.- Good Networking, Service and Sales-Oriented.- Proficient in Microsoft Office.Location: CENTRAL JAKARTA.Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh WaktuPengalaman:- di bidang Operational dan Servis: 2 tahun (Diutamakan)- di bidang Kecantikan (Aesthetic) di DKI JAKARTA: 3 tahun (Diutamakan)
