Summary of Responsibilities: Keep track of monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals Work with management to assess and improve processes and policies Uphold and enforce company policies Address employee complaints or performance issues as needed Check in with employees regularly to determine satisfaction Schedule shifts Address customer issues and complaints Schedule regular maintenance and cleaning of facilities Meet regularly with upper management to stay informed on company issues Oversee security of the facility Only for Indonesian Citizen Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position in a large luxury resort or hospitality industry Hands-on experience with Hotel Management Software (PMS); OPERA Strong affinity for and commitment to the hotel industry Strong market sense and results orientation Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage Diploma in Rooms Division, Hotel Management, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
