Manager Operational

**Jobdesc**- Responsible for setting targets, work priorities, project planning, daily implementation, maintenance and solving complex network and technical problems.- Conduct analysis based on data and in-depth experience regarding internet networks and mitigation strategies to anticipate problems that will arise.- Make budget plans and departmental targets and ensure program implementation is in accordance with the schedule and budget.- Collaborate with BST and IT departments to create programs/products to increase the number of customers and internet quality.- Together with related departments solve complex problems and plan their mitigation.- Create technical related documents required by potential customers if needed.- Responsible for the network section in charge of designing, testing and installing, configuring and maintaining network performance.- Create and carry out employee development programs, procedures and work instructions as employee work guides.- Ensure that employees work according to quality and safety standards to ensure a level of customer satisfaction is achieved.- Ensure 24 hour non-stop monitoring for network optimization, supervision, troubleshooting and internet network recovery.- Plan and ensure the implementation of network upgrades.- Create renewal programs based on technological developments surrounding internet service providers**.****Requirement**- Have similar experience in the world of technology (preferably in the ISP industry) for at least 3 years- Have managerial and leadership skills and have excellent communication skills to deal with customers- Have an educational background of D3/S1 in Informatics Engineering, Informatics Systems, Electrical or similar- Have the ability and experience in project management & Quality Control- Preferably have a skills certificate such as Cisco, PMP, ITILJenis Pekerjaan: Penuh WaktuGaji: Rp9.000.000 - Rp11.000.000 per bulanKemampuan Bekerja Jauh dari Rumah/Pindah Rumah:- Jakarta: Melakukan pulang-pergi kerja dengan jarak yang jauh tanpa mengganggu kinerja atau berencana pindah tempat tinggal sebelum mulai bekerja (Diwajibkan)
