- Experience 1-2 years work in NGO, Agency or Educations
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience as Operations or similar leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of business functions
- Integrated effectively and in good manner with clients, teams, vendors and partners
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Supervised the end-to-end operations of project, ensuring project has achieved campaign KPIs within agreed timeline and budget.
- Knowledge of auditing and monitoring outputs, data analytics, and reporting
- Grown existing client businesses
- Excellent organizational and leadership qualities with problem-solving aptitude
- A strategic thinker and has an analytical mind
- Ability to present thoughts, plans and ideas in a clear and succinct manner (on a PowerPoint, Excel, or otherwise)
- Ability to build positive relationships with clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated and able to collaborate and to get results in a matrix environment
- Having Good attitude and Commitment
