Purpose: A key player in Sourcing in driving Sourcing's vision to be the Most Agile, Most Competitive, Most Digitalized & Cleanest Supply Base in the industry. Own and manage Sourcing Quality Projects and Initiatives with a focus on improving and developing cross-Divisional quality analytics to sustain quality for adidas, support improvements to Quality Performance, as well as providing insights to Leadership for decision making. Lead quality reporting and manage data source and display content.
Key Responsibilities: Create reporting and analysis of cross-division/-LO/-factory quality data to gather insights. Trigger early warnings and/or predictions on what is at risk to support the decision making 'right the first time' to improve products for the adidas consumer. Manage Sourcing Quality Communication Channels, a knowledge base to make critical information accessible to internal and external stakeholders (Quality Souring SharePoint owner) Update T1 and Org structure contacts and content. Support QMS & Testing and Compliance projects, and initiatives at T1 and T2 suppliers Proactively upskill on industry and quality relevant knowledge, embrace information-sharing to leverage learnings. Key Relationships: Global Sourcing Global Operations: Product Operations Sourcing suppliers Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : Have a wide experience of data business analytic . Strong presentation, negotiation, influencing, interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent in English (written and spoken) Strong Microsoft office, data modeling, Power BI, Web design Skills Strong leadership skills and ability to work with multidimensional teams Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: University degree in data analytic or related areas Minimum 5+ years of experience in MNC environment e.g., top tier consulting, project management, quality concepts, supply chain management background
