Job Description: Support the Executive Vice President's office in Senior Management decision-making and execution process. Identify, develop and execute new resort-wide projects. Provide advisory or solution to assist in expediting project progress where required. Form and participate in committees to oversee, guide or implement projects, while escalating project concerns, issues or matters for approval to Senior Management. Embark on special assignments which involve research, analysis and feasibility studies. Job Requirements: A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, or its equivalent A least 7 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g. Management Consulting, FMCG), where the incumbent is exposed to providing advisory services and facilitation to Management positions. Interpersonally-savvy, comfortable dealing with ambiguity, adept in problem-solving and flexible in adapting to constant change.
