This role focused on leading revenue-focused projects, analyzing revenue performance metrics, and overseeing the implementation of revenue management tools and systems in over 150 hotels across the country. Key responsibilities include enhancing revenue generation, improving operational efficiency, and identifying trends and areas for improvement within the country's revenue performance.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry
- Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Office, Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
- Expert level in Accor RM Systems
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Proactive, result oriented
- Expert RM Skills
- Thorough knowledge of TARS, and Accor distribution systems
- Good knowledge of RM Tools as well as Hotel PMS, Price Shoppers, Channel Managers
- Good interpersonal skill, could work in team work, having positive orientation and highly motivated
