**Job Summary**
Maintaining existing sales & creating new product range, coaching team member, provide direction based on company goal as well as policy, managing key clients and maintaining stock level, arrange area team, visit, and project target

**General Responsibilities**
- Support superior in managing day-to-day operating and to ensure BL achieve the target
- Responsible to develop Client business and PCI existing portfolio
- Responsible to develop and maintain business with existing and new customer
- Achieve team target (margin and sales)
- Solving customer complaints
- Ensure that the stock is fulfilled customer needs
- Managing relationship with key clients and suppliers
- Maintaining aging stock level
- Involve & contribution for new product development
- Managing new product development from initial point
- Prepare quotation and price negotiation with customer
- Identify training and development needs of the team
- Lead and support team to achieve the team target
- Weekly review with sales team
- Monthly review with BLM

**Functional Skills and Knowledge**
- Degree in science
- Up to 3-5 years experience in a similar role
- Demonstrate basic knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers
- Demonstrate basic knowledge in assigned products and strong selling skills
- Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
