Manager/Senior Manager - Guest

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform day-to-day Guest end to end operations management, including on-boarding new guests, activation of new guests through campaigns, maintaining engagement and relationship with guests, guests side partnerships, the company's brand image, the company's brand reputation and public relations.
- . On-board new guests if necessary (including in other cities outside of Jabodetabek)
- Preparing daily, weekly, monthly and annual Guests CRM and Funnel analysis.
- Preparing daily, weekly, monthly and annual Guests Business Performance and Sales analysis.
- Preparing daily, weekly, monthly and annual Campaigns and Activations (both offline through events and partnerships as well as online through social media, Zoomcar mobile app and other digital tools).
- Accomplishes guest side and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Graduate in Communications, Management or relevant field
- Proficient working with social media, spreadsheets, sales and BI Tools.
- Setting up guest partnerships and negotiating commercial terms.
- Minimum Experience Required: 5-7 Years.
- Knowledge of marketing, branding and commercial administration procedures
- Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to persuade people
- Hands-on experience with Social Media, BI Tools, MS Excel and MS Power Point.
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
