Manager/Senior Manager - Host

**Responsibilities**:
Perform day-to-day host and supply end to end operations management, including on-boarding new host, expansion of new host supplies in new cities, maintaining engagement and relationship with host, host operations excellence, ensuring supply host availability and host pricing management.
- On-board new host supply if necessary (including in other cities outside of Jabodetabek)
- Preparing daily, weekly, monthly and annual Host supply operations analysis.
- Preparing daily, weekly, monthly and annual market pricing comparison analysis.
- Preparing daily, weekly, monthly and annual Host supply locations analysis.
- Accomplishes host operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Graduate in Management, Engineering or relevant field
- Proficient working with spreadsheets, sales and BI Tools.
- Setting up hosts (supply side) and negotiating pricing and terms.
- Minimum Experience Required: 5-7 Years.
- Knowledge of operations and commercial administration procedures
- Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to persuade people
- Hands-on experience with BI Tools, MS Excel and MS Power Point.
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
