Your 'day to day'
- Lead project phases from initial option definitions, feasibility
studies to implementation to achieve timely and accurate project
completion and ensure that projects fully meet PMI requirements and
regulatory standards
- Coordinate a multicultural and cross-functional project team, as well
as internal and external resources to guarantee successful project
realization.
- Participate to the business justification process by managing scope,
benefit-risk analysis, budget and resource requirements related to
project phases to maintain principles along the life cycle of the
assigned project and to assist management in decision making.
- Ensure that project information supplied to management is realistic
with respect to cost and timing in order to avoid financing problems
and delayed completion.
- Communicate and develop networking with management, suppliers,
service providers and consultants to ensure that projects rolls out
efficiently.
- Address training needs in collaboration with customers and management team to assure project teams' coordination
and performance
- Lead resourcing exercises/studies in collaboration with other departments to develop viable options in order to
bring new business opportunities.
- Support the CS Head with the facilitating of Function strategic objectives and plan for delivery.
- Support strategy definition, process and implementation working closely with key stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective Program Management in line with established processes and governance, advising CS Head on decision-making regarding project prioritization, resources allocation and review of existing projects
- Identify necessary process and tool changes needed by global initiatives and or local/regional needs.
- Work with PMI at global /region/market to develop transition plan, including change management and a corresponding capability gap assessment plan.
- Regional coordination of the different global project deployment (e.g.
downstream visibility, DRP, OTIF/Case fill rate, network optimization, RTM) and regional initiatives.
- Drive the continuous improvement across the entire supply chain processes.
- Regional governance for productivity initiatives & single point of contact for D40 and scout for regional productivity initiatives in collaboration with CoEs.
- Monitor the implementation of regular reporting and KPI's related to budget, cost control and process performance for all Customer Services processes in order to guarantee the total control of the operation.
- Implement standards working procedures, operating guidelines & systems.

Who we're looking for
- Have Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing or Finance related fields
- Have minimum 10 years of experience in leadership position in multinational organizations
- Have excellent command of Excel and Power BI (or other reporting tool)
- Equipped with knowledge and skills in business operations & procedures, organizational & planning, budget management, portfolio management, project management system, and pitching PRO
- Fluent in Indonesian and English, both written & spoken
