Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with external recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and industry organizations to tap into talent pools and leverage networking opportunities.

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for talent acquisition and regularly measure and report on the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies and improve overall hiring processes.
Talent Pipeline and Succession Planning:
- Collaborate with department heads and HR to support succession planning initiatives.
Compliance and Legal Considerations:

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (Minimum 5 years) in talent acquisition, preferably in the mining or heavy industry sector.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of managing a team and achieving recruitment goals.
