We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of **Associate Manager/Manager Third Party Sales Agency Management**
**Responsibilities**:
The Manager CC Outbound mainly responsibility to deliver best offered solution to customers which fulfilling their needs. This range of product will be offered through telephony activity, by Outbound agent within working hours. Ability to run the call campaign properly and solicit the leads for product offering to the right target segment at the right time as a key for optimum result on the offer. It also involving creative and motivational activity to ensure agent's morale always at the peak.
Qualifications
**To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements**:
- Indonesia Citizen only
- Min S1 as educational background
- Min 2 years' experience on Managing Third Party Sales Agency and Outbound Telesales.
- Good communication skills
- Good analytical skills for root cause identification and quick recovery actions
- Experience in Managing large group of agent, with supervision to team manager.
- Ability to use proper MI report as tools on driving the actions.
- Must be flexible, customer centric and have the ability to thrive in a team environment seeking feedback and open to development
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast paced environment is required
- Displays patience and empathy
