- Has at least 4-5 years' experience (Ex big four accounting firm preferably)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Having accounting or tax qualifications will be an advantage
- Outspoken and having good leadership
- Able to work in dynamic and mobile working environment

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible to manage the team providing assurance (financial audit, review etc) and non-assurance projects (internal control, accounting advise etc) for the entire process
- Supervise, coach and review the tasks prepared by senior associate and associate level
- Prepare audit documentation for high/critical risk areas
- Provide regular updates to the partner level
- Must have a good project management skill and strong interpersonal skill as a key success factor
- Will have a chance to join financial advisory projects that we are engaged in.
