Mandarin Speaker Accounting Staff - Trading

Persyaratan

Min. Diploma degree in Accounting.

Basic Mandarin skill, Conversational English proficiency.

Min. 2 years as Accounting & Finance and tax support.

Experienced in using SAP system and MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).

Willing to do administrative tasks.
Detail oriented, hard working, good interpersonal skill.

Tanggung Jawab

Billing documents and tax invoice to customers.

Maintain customer database on system.

Check sales related data and liaise with sales dept.

Prepare monthly sales revenue data reconciliation.

Cash count of petty cash on bi-weekly basis/monthly basis to cahier's petty cash.

Maintain good filling for customer data documentation.

Prepare monthly sales related accrual data.

Do assigned project arranged by management, including supporting finance/tax/accounting related tasks.

Other responsibilities as needed.
