Analyze the needs of office facilities.

Analyze cost and maintenance of all facilities and supporting facilities for office activities.

Establish a working relationship with the facility provider vendor.

Create facility inspection and maintenance work procedures.

Process business visa.

Book airlines and hotel tickets for employee's business trip purposes.

Manage apartments, housekeeper and cars.

Reimbursement for GA purposes.

Prepare asset reports and office expenses for monthly budget meetings.

Handle guests who have needs with employees and company management.

Handle complaints related to office facilities and infrastructure.

Other tasks as assigned.
