2 years of experience as HRBP supervisor.

Able to do job evaluation, create SOP, and understand organization structure.

Communicative, hard working, able to work under pressure, responsible.

Tanggung Jawab

Carry out the stages of recruitment process.

Assist the implementation of training and development.

Establish relationship with HR service providers (outsourcing, headhunters, online media, print media) to recruit employees.

Responsible for employee relations.

Check and submit reports.

Supervise the team under authority.

Ensure the new strategy is carried out in accordance with the established strategy.

Ensure that the SOP is implemented in the company according to established standards.

Assist HR superiors in preparing company regulations and SOPs according to development in labor regulations.

Other tasks as assigned.
