Mandarin - Speaking Payroll Specialist (Makati

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data
- Update payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers
- Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
- Provide payroll information by answering questions and requests
- Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
- Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Perform other tasks which may be assigned by the Supervisor/Manager

**Qualifications**:

- Can speak, read and write Mandarin
- Malaysian/ Indonesian nationals are welcome to apply
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor degree in any field, but preferably in Accounting, HR or relevant field
- Strong Math skills with ability to spot numeric errors
- Advanced knowledge in Excel
- Able to handle confidential information
- Must be willing to be relocated to Makati, Philippines
