**Job Descriptions****:
- Conducts the prototyping, analyzing the design manufacture, feasibility studies and testing of mechanical design until it is ready to be used.
- Working, collaborating, communicating with other professionals within and outside the various disciplines.
- Direct the engineering team on manufacturability concepts and materials during the design phase to define and eliminate manufacturing risks and ensure the manufacturability of new designs during new and rapid response product development.
- Develops and drives implementation of best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.
- Supports quality initiatives and works with team to develop the necessary Poka-Yokes to improve quality.
- Reviewed designs, optimized process designs and evaluated mechanical design and provided DFM with collaboration and stakeholders to eliminate design errors.
- Breaking down concepts into requirements and cost budgeting.
- Providing reports and documentation.
**Requirements****:
- Have 3 years of working experience in the manufacturing or industrial.
- Excellence technical knowledge of mechanical engineering, product design, and design for manufacturing.
- Knowledgeable engineering materials, sheet metal designs and general manufacturing processes.
- Knowledgeable Design Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (DFMEA), Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA).
- Proficient in using CAD and CAM software.
- Being accurate, high attention-to-detail, tactful, a fast learner and highly organized is a must.
- Proactive and persistent team player with a strong passion for collaborative design.
- Have good interpersonal, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Have superb creativity, logical thinking, ownership, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) is a plus.
- Having experience in manufacturing and/or electronic knowledge is a plus.
- Having experience in designing Special Purpose Machines (SPM) is a plus.
- Have good communication skills in English both oral and written.
- Willing to work in Salatiga or Semarang according to the project needs.
