Job Description Lead the development of market access strategies for the brand(s) within your responsibility. Assume a leadership role in shaping brand strategy, representing the needs of the function, and ensuring strategic plans align with market access requirements. Engage in key processes, bringing a payer and patient perspective to decision-making. Develop tools for optimal market access across the region. Maintain a deep understanding of market access and reimbursement processes, and manage the budget effectively. Contribute to the Pricing strategy. Conduct regional pricing/payer research, define launch sequencing, and find innovative pricing solutions. Review evidence generation plans and provide pricing assessments. The Successful Applicant Preferably a strong pharmaceutical background. A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced degree in market access being desirable. Progressive experience in market access/pricing with a proven track record. A strategic thinker with technical knowledge of payer processes. Diverse experience in market access roles, preferably for launch products. Effective in complex organisations, exhibiting leadership behaviours.
