Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organisation running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY's growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Support Services, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, Knowledge and Risk Management.
**Personal Qualification**:
- Demonstrated record of building and sustaining strong working relationships with a range of senior management people.
- High interpersonal and communications skills; excellent presentation skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and oral).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as work in teams and in a multi-cultural environment.
- Analytical with strategic thinking orientation.
- Detail oriented, quick learner and adaptive, innovative and have the ability to meet schedules in a high pressure environment.
- Does not rely on simply delegating work with subordinates, but provides hands-on involvement with work and proper mentorship of staff.
**Work Experience Background**:
- At least 10 years of working experience in Business Development with at least 4 years in managerial position.
- Exposure in a professional services organization is highly preferably.
- Proven proficiency in performing Macroeconomic analysis and Market research.
- Proven experience in conducting Sector/Industry analysis.
- Demonstrated experience in Competitor analysis.
- Working knowledge in Business Operations analysis.
- Proven proficiency in Business planning.
- Reasonable experience in actual client/business pursuits.
- Proven ability to see business development projects successfully (from inception to completion).
- Demonstrated motivational leadership of teams and business stakeholders.
- Familiar with managing alliances with technology vendors and other third parties.
