You'll play an essential role advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive Google through our hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices.**Responsibilities**:- Provide insight into local labor law and support management councils/work/welfare where applicable.- Consult with employees and management on the local market aspects related to workplace concerns, local disciplinary and grievance procedures, performance management and re-organisations. Conduct fair investigations into allegations of violations of Google's HR policies or local law and policies to ensure fair treatment.- Ensure that the investigation/complaint process and disciplinary proceedings is handled in a fair, thorough and timely manner consistent with local requirements.- Advise Partner teams on local investigation processes and advise on and support local disciplinary processes for non-HR policy violations.- Provide local context and advice on key HR related matters, including local policies and implementation.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
