What will I be doing?
1. Responsible for improving core Product ops metrics in ID and MY markets, including but not limited to search growth, content expansion and user experience
3. Manage regional user feedback for search recommendations, take actions and record cases for periodical analysis to improve user experience accordingly
4. Work closely and flexibly with data delivery teams and cross-function stakeholders to achieve regional targets together
**Qualifications**:
What should I bring with me?
1. 3 years+ relevant experience in the tech industry, including but not limited to content, operation, search, or related areas
**2. Excellent language skills**: Both English and Indonesian will be used as the working language
3. Good data analysis, excellent communication skills and project management/product management experience
5. Experience in working with multiple stakeholders and collaborating across business units
6. In-depth understanding of market culture, and familiarity with the Internet usage habits of local users
7. Team player, goal-oriented, ready to embrace change and challenges, able to work in a global team efficiently
8. Your ability to work in a high-tempo environment, adapt, and respond to the day-to-day challenges of the role
9. Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Familiar with search engines and social media platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, etc.
- Bachelor's degree majoring in tech or content/culture-related majors is preferred, but not essential.
