As our Marketing Activation Executive for GoCorp, you will manage the activation and event strategy for GoCorp for Indonesia. GoCorp is a platform for businesses to manage employees' transport, food and logistic needs with Gojek services. You will be managing its B2B Marketing event strategies, maintaining channel performances in acquiring quality leads as well as working together with the GoCorp marketing and sales team in executing activations across the B2B industries.
\n What You Will DoSynthesizing insights and translate them into the effective go to market and activation strategyExecute activations and events, monitoring, and evaluation incl. creative & media strategy development & execution with relevant stakeholdersActively collaborate across functions & streams especially sales and strategy & planning team in growing GoCorp in Indonesia. What This Role NeedsBachelor's degree from reputable universities or equivalent practical experience2+ years of experience working as a brand or activation marketing field in FMCG, technology, telecommunication, or start-upExcellent written & verbal communication abilities at the business level with strong presentation skills in order to represent the Marketing team in functional meetingsProven ability to lead a teamAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous) work environmentStrong capacity planning and reporting abilities; strong commercial sense and logical thinking skills to think outside the boxStrong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
