Marketing Admin Officer Malaysia Location

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide support on marketing coordinate with HQ
- Coordinate with Technical and Accounts Team
- Visit the long pending clients to fix the audit date
- cross selling and payment collection
- Assist Marketing Executives in their daily marketing duties.
- Preparing monthly report, Accounts outstanding
- Actively contribute marketing ideas to departmental head.
- Implementing company's marketing plans and strategies
- Provide marketing support and maintain good rapport

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year relevant working experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good command of written and spoken in English.
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
- Independent, initiative, and able to work under minimum supervision.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Applicants must be willing to report to work at Petaling Jaya.
