Persyaratan

Have at least 1-2 year work experience as marketing/sales support.

Understands English (passive is ok).

Computer literate (especially Ms. Excel).

Residing in Jabodetabek (preferred).

Tanggung Jawab

Answering customer inquiries and input the right information into the system, scheduling meetings and sales appointments, and following up with customers about their order status.

Compiling any sales information, sales reports, projects management in the system, and providing sales data.

Performing data entry tasks for sales figures and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system.

Managing sample shipments to customers and inter companies.

Managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes, and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account status, and other problems.

Handling administrative duties for the company and management teams.

Reporting any unusual activity.

Other marketing support related tasks.

Other task as assigned
