Marketing Administrative Coordinator

Details of the offer

Responsible to supports our Marketing, Sales, and Project Team related to the marketing activities in their business unit
- Provide executive and office administrative support
- Control database update and database reporting tailor made offers (instruments for example)
- Follow up of order to principals
- Preparation of report to principal
- Coordinating marketing collateral
- Maintaining the company website
- Creation of technical data sheets and sales binders
- Daily office admin function, routine executive support, luncheon and event

**Qualifications**:

- Maximum 28 years old and good appearance
- Minimum D3 Secretariat, willing to go in the field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Admin Senior
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies
- Proficient with computer min. Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), fast & accurate typing is a MUST
- English would be a plus, familiar with business correspondence, good filing skills
- Able to work in detail, well organized
- Motivated to grow and learn

**Salary**: Rp7,000,000 - Rp10,000,000 per month

**Education**:

- S1 (required)

**Experience**:

- five: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Jakarta: Relocate before starting work (required)
