We are seeking a Marketing Specialist Advisor to join our Customer Success team, helping our clients excel in their marketing endeavors.
**Role and Responsibilities**: As a Marketing Specialist Advisor (Customer Success), you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our clients' marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- **Onboarding**: Introduce and onboard clients, primarily consumer brands, to Company's marketing tools while catering to their unique needs.
- **Goal Setting**: Collaborate with clients to develop and optimize their marketing goals and craft effective Company's marketing plans.
- **Supervise/Execute**: Work closely with clients to implement and execute their marketing plans or oversee the implementation and execution of marketing plans related to Company's marketing tools.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Conduct thorough research and regularly analyze campaign performance data to offer continuous improvement suggestions for enhancing clients' marketing plans.
- **Relationship Building**: Foster strong and lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for Company. This includes conducting regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and gather valuable feedback.
- **Recommendations and Reports**: Provide insightful recommendations and detailed reports to the company for enhancing marketing tools and the marketing playbook. This involves monitoring and analyzing clients' marketing strategies and performance, as well as conducting necessary research.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, customer success, or account management roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and utilize data effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.
