\n Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement analytics strategies to measure and improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and channels.Utilize statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, uncover insights, and forecast marketing performance.Collaborate with the marketing team to understand business objectives, design A/B testing experiments, and measure the impact of different marketing strategies.Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights into customer behaviors and campaign performance.Analyze customer segmentation, market trends, and competitive landscape to support targeted marketing initiatives.Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing efforts and increase ROI.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms.Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in marketing analytics and data science. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred.At least 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a related field.Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data visualization.Proficiency in analytics tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL, R, Python).Experience in designing and interpreting A/B tests and marketing experiments.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Proficiency in English.Familiarity with the Indonesian market and financial technology sector is a plus.
