We are currently seeking a driven Marketing Assistant to support our marketing efforts for the EfOS program.**Job Description**:As the Marketing Assistant for the EfOS program, you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing initiatives to promote the program and engage with prospective students and educational institutions. Your responsibilities will focus on executing marketing strategies and assisting with various outreach activities to attract qualified applicants and build partnerships to support program growth.Key Responsibilities:1. Content Creation: Assist in creating content for promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, and website updates, to effectively communicate the benefits of the EfOS program.2. Digital Marketing Support: Provide support in managing social media accounts, including content scheduling, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries, to increase visibility and engagement with prospective students.4. Event Logistics Support: Assist in coordinating logistics for informational sessions, workshops, and recruitment events, including venue booking, materials preparation, and attendee registration, to ensure smooth event execution.5. Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitor activities, and audience demographics to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for program promotion.6. Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support, including maintaining marketing databases, organizing files and documents, and assisting with other ad hoc tasks as needed, to ensure efficient operation of the marketing function.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing).2. Previous experience in marketing, communications, or related roles is preferred but not required.3. Good written and verbal communication skills both in Bahasa and English, with attention to detail and accuracy.5. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).7.
