Our offline/online commerce BeautyHaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support the implementation of marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and product launches, to meet business objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Analyze consumer insights and market data to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all marketing collateral is accurate, up-to-date, and reflects the brand's positioning.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Min. 1 year of experience in Marketing in FMCG or Beauty industries preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
