**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop & manage full year marketing strategy and budget align with brand objective
- Manage marketing/communication/PR initiative including social media and other marketing & communication collateral, which include: - Supervise the design creation and development of marketing & communication materials (including photo shoots), as well as write copy for use across marketing channels (collateral, social media, EDM, WA) - Manage social media activity, including the content development and report - Work closely with digital marketing team, related with the paid ads placement across various social media platforms and analysis of reach and conversion
- Cultivate relationships with potential marketing partners, as well as explore new target markets
- Source for and promote events that will drive traffic to the F&B outlets and grow revenue
- Coordinate and manage media/ public interest to generate coverage and maintain awareness of the brand - Plan a monthly/ season promotional calendar of activity, generating ideas for new offerings - Evaluate and prepare reports of marketing campaigns
- Facilitate customer engagement and retention on-site through various marketing channels, to improve brand loyalty and expand outreach
- Build and maintain customer database and engage through regular customer communication media (EDM, loyalty program, etc)
- Supervise & monitor event implementation
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Marketing 3 years + in the F&B industry
- Strong understanding of offline marketing, e-commerce, digital marketing, and CRM.
- Familiarity with the use of AI tools in marketing is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to use data to inform marketing strategies.
- A creative mindset with a keen eye for design and branding.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Fluency in both written and spoken English is required.
