Marketing Associate Manager (Momami)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure Brand's message conveyed to end customers across all platforms (owned, earned, paid) in a timely manner.
- Working closely with the PR team to ensure consistent communication through media and KOLs to deliver Brand message
- Leverage brand awareness to targeted audiences through partnership / sponsorship.
- Work closely with the CRM team to ensure engagement between with Brand & its member are well communicated consistently.
- Evaluate the performance on monthly base and suggest an improvement plan.
- Manage brand presence on social media platform to engage with followers/ communities.
- Propose and execute the editorial plan for social media postings based on campaign and products availability.
- Develop, propose & execute a Brand activation (event) to ensure awareness & engagement between the visitors and brand.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable University, preferably majoring in Marketing or Public Relations
- At least 4-5 years experience as Marketing. Preferably having experience in FMCG industry.
- Having strong concept and analysis skill.
- Able to lead the marketing strategy and implementation effective promotion.
- Good communication, presentation skill, like wise good selling and negotiation skill.
- Proficient in English and Indonesian, both writing and speaking
