**About the role**

You will also closely liaise and work effectively with cross-functional team to create, evaluate, and execute the campaign plans.

Given the multi-dimensional nature of the role, we are seeking someone who has a combination of strong project management skills, positive attitude, great teamwork, multitasking, organizational ability, and a commitment to continuous learning.

**In this Role, you'll get to**
- Drive and execute each campaign effectively, on schedule, and on budget.
- Produce high quality campaigns and appeal to Indonesia market.
- Assist in localization to fit with Indonesia market.
- In charge of product fit, product grading, ideation of campaign materials, campaign landing page setup, content layout, and copy writing/translation.
- Responsible for promo coupon planning with multiple marketing budgets.
- Track and measure each campaign performance through quantitative metrics such as order growth, conversion rate, user growth and not limited to maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in local and headquarters including flight, hotel, design, content, product team, business analyst, etc.
- Understand Indonesia travel demand, stay up to date with industry trends, and identify new opportunities for Indonesia market growth.
- Other ad-hoc duties when required.

**What you'll Need to Succeed**
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in running multiple marketing campaigns, background in Online Travel Agency (OTA) or Airlines is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Indonesia market travel trends.
- Excellent skills in campaign strategy, crafting tactics, and campaign execution.
- Experience in using campaign systems or marketing software.
- Creative, able to formulate and produce dynamic strategies on each campaign with originality.
- Data-driven and strong analytical skills.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Good teamwork spirit, multitasking and quickly adapting to fast-paced environments and the rapid changes in business conditions.
