ShopBack was born one night in 2014 when co-founders Henry and Joel were toying around (with entrepreneurial ideas) in Henry's car. Their brainstorming session sparked the concept of a more rewarding way to shop, starting with the idea of earning online Cashback.

**Your Adventure Ahead**:
- Responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing in-app marketing campaigns. This will include customer marketing and merchant marketing campaigns.
- **
Customer Marketing**:
- Engage with cross-functional teams to develop relevant marketing strategies to acquire, engage, and retain users
- Create a quarterly campaign plan and calendar for the local market and ensure seamless execution for these campaigns
- **
Merchant Marketing**:
- Together with Commercial team, strategize, conceptualize, and execute campaigns that deliver ROI
- When possible, act as product marketing to create a product market fit and to promote the existing and newly developed in-app features
- Regularly review and assess campaign performances and provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Managing multiple promotional communication channels such as banners, push notification, in app notification, onsite notification, SMS, etc to cater both Customer Marketing and Merchant Marketing
**Essentials to Succeed**:
- 5+ years of total experiences, with +2 years managerial positions in Campaign Management. Exposure to other Marketing field e.g. CRM, Growth, Social Media, Product Marketing will be a plus.
- Strong project management skills to manage a wide range of programs and meet deadlines
- Diligent, meticulous, attentive, and goal oriented
- Strong understanding of B2C and/or B2B customer needs
- Can thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment, proactively setting the business direction and managing daily deliverables
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset and able to deal with complex data and translate them into actionable insights
- Good organizational agility, command skills and interpersonal skills to work effectively across functions and lines of multiple business units in a global organization
- Excellent spoken and written skills in English, outstanding verbal and oral presentation skills
