Marketing Communication Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of marketing activities
- Support marketing manager in organizing various projects Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
- Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
- Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
- Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
- Compose and post online content on social media accounts
- Communicate directly with clients, partners and encourage trusting relationship

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor degree holder any field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail industry would be a plus
- Good in Microsoft Office specially Excel is a must.
- Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package and filing documents.
**Technical competency required**:
MS Office 2010 or above
