Marketing Communication Executive Ayana Midplaza

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and implement marketing communication strategies to promote the hotel and its offerings.
- Develop and manage content for the hotel's website, social media platforms, and other marketing channels.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales team to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing communication activities, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to produce marketing materials.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using social media platforms for business purposes.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
