Marketing Communication Executive (The Children

**Key Responsibilities**:- Execute and ensure Brand's message conveyed to end customers across all platforms (owned, earned, paid) for both offline and online and in a timely manner.- Leverage brand awareness to targeted audiences through partnership / sponsorship.- Work closely with the CRM team to ensure engagement between with Brand & its member are well communicated consistently.- Manage brand presence on social media platform to engage with followers/ communities.- Develop, propose & execute a Brand activation (event) to ensure awareness & engagement between the visitors and brand.- Deliver incisive monthly reports tracking performance and recommending key actions for the future.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field.- Proven experience in Marketing 1-2 years + in the retail industry, preferably within the fashion sector.- Strong understanding of offline marketing, e-commerce, digital marketing, and CRM.- Familiarity with the use of AI tools in marketing is a significant advantage.- Exceptional analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to use data to inform marketing strategies.- A creative mindset with a keen eye for design and branding.- Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.- Fluency in both written and spoken English is required.
